If your paving products are unused, in their original packaging, and on their original pallet or crate, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be arranged by phone simply call us on 07836384250 to organise your return and refund. Please note: return delivery costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

Yes, any paving products that have been made to your specifications (such as custom cuts or special orders) or items we’ve brought in especially for you are final sale and non-returnable. We will make this clear at the time of ordering.
