Returns & Refunds Policy

At Save & Pave, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, or if you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and cancellations policy below.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you change your mind about your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days after the last item is delivered if your order arrived in parts).

To cancel your order:

Exceptions where cancellation does not apply:

  • Products that have been made to order or personalised

  • Products we don’t normally stock that have been specially ordered for you

  • Products that have been used, mixed, or damaged after delivery

Returns

If you wish to return your products, please:
Call us on 07836384250 to arrange the return and refund, be prepared with your order number, name, and reason for return.

Conditions for returns:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and on the original pallet/crate

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Returns are at your cost and risk — please ensure safe transport

If required, we can arrange collection for you. Collection fees will apply and will be confirmed before collection is booked.

Products must be left on a flat, accessible surface (no grass or gravel) for safe collection.

Refunds

We will process refunds via your original payment method. Refunds will be issued:

  • Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or

  • Within 14 days of receiving proof you have sent them back

If the return is due to a fault or damage, we will also refund any reasonable return delivery charges (within the UK).

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please check your delivery carefully on arrival.
Report any damage or fault within 24 hours with photos if possible.

If damage is reported after 24 hours, we will review on a case-by-case basis.

We recommend ordering at least 10% extra to cover breakages, cuts, and wastage during installation.
