At Save & Pave Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancelling Your Order

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Products made to order or personalised.
Special order items sourced specifically for your order.
Goods that have been cut, altered or manufactured to your specifications.

Returns

If you no longer require your order, you may return eligible goods within 14 days of delivery, provided they:

Are unused and in their original condition.
Have not been laid, installed, sealed or altered.
Are returned in their original packaging where possible.
Are suitable for resale following inspection.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted goods unless the items are faulty or supplied in error by Save & Pave Ltd.

Restocking Fee

Returns accepted due to a change of mind or where goods are no longer required are subject to a 12.5% restocking fee.

This charge helps cover the costs associated with handling, inspecting, repackaging and returning stock to inventory.

The 12.5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund before it is processed.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return delivery or collection charges.
The restocking fee applies only to eligible returned goods that are not faulty or incorrectly supplied.
No restocking fee will be charged where goods are confirmed to be faulty or where Save & Pave Ltd has supplied the incorrect products.

Collection Charges

If you request Save & Pave Ltd to arrange collection of returned goods, a collection charge will apply. This charge will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If any goods are damaged, missing or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the goods.
Photographs of any damaged packaging where applicable.

We will investigate the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Where applicable, the following may be deducted from your refund:

12.5% restocking fee
Any agreed collection or return charges

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days of the return being approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or because the goods are faulty.

Natural Stone & Porcelain Products

Natural stone is a naturally occurring material. Variations in colour, shade, veining, texture and fossil markings are normal characteristics and should not be considered defects.

Porcelain paving may also vary slightly between production batches.

We strongly recommend inspecting all products before installation.

Once products have been laid, installed, sealed or otherwise used, they are deemed accepted and cannot be returned due to appearance, natural variation or batch differences.

Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns on:

Made-to-order or bespoke products.
Special order items.
Installed or used products.
Opened consumable products such as jointing compounds, sealers, primers and adhesives (unless faulty).
Products returned outside the stated returns period without prior agreement.
