Delivery Information

At Save & Pave, we take pride in offering reliable and efficient delivery of high-quality paving products across the UK. Whether you're ordering porcelain, natural stone, sandstone, or other paving slabs, we aim to make the delivery process smooth and hassle-free.

Where We Deliver

We deliver nationwide across the UK mainland. If your address is in a remote location or has restricted access, please call us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery arrangements.

Delivery Timescales

Standard delivery is typically within 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. If you require delivery on a specific date, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

All delivery times are estimates. We will always contact you in advance to confirm the delivery day.

Delivery Method

  • All products are delivered using a tail-lift vehicle and offloaded using a manual pallet truck.

  • Deliveries are kerbside only, meaning goods will be placed as close as possible to your property where safe and accessible.

  • Delivery will be made to a flat, hard surface (e.g., concrete, tarmac). We cannot deliver onto gravel, grass, soft ground, or steep inclines.

Access Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible for a large vehicle. If you’re unsure about access, please call us to discuss before ordering.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of access issues or unsuitable offload areas, a failed delivery charge may apply.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your delivery carefully on arrival. If there are any issues with your order, or if anything arrives damaged, contact us by phone within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Delivery charges will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We’ll confirm this with you at the time of ordering.

  • Ensure someone is available at the property on the agreed delivery day.
